Bjørn is the Head Compliance for Banking Circle, a fully licensed bank and financial infrastructure built for Payments businesses and Banks and a board member of the Concordium Foundation. He was a partner of the law firm Moalem, Weitemeyer and Bendtsen in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has extensive regulatory and compliance expertise and advises fintech, regtech and blockchain companies in his practice in addition to VC- and PE-related M&A work. Bjørn was General Counsel of Saxo Bank Group for six years, heading its legal, regulatory, and compliance departments globally.
