On 8 November 2023, the EBA published a CP on RTS on the use of ARTs and EMTs denominated in a non-EU currency as a means of exchange (MiCAR). Deadline for comments is 8 February 2024. The consultation form can be found here. A hybrid public hearing will be held on 17 January 2024 from 10h to 12h30 CET (deadline for registration via this link is by 15 January 2024 at 16h CET).
