On 18 April 2024, the three European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA – the ESAs) launched a public consultation on the draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) to harmonise the conditions to conduct oversight activities in relation to the joint examination teams (JETs) under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Stakeholders are invited to respond to the consultation by 18 May 2024. All contributions should be submitted using the links available at the consultation page. Based on the feedback received, the ESAs will finalise the RTS, which are due to be submitted to the European Commission (EC) by 17 July 2024.
