On 7 December 2023, the EBA published a CP on draft RTS on requirements for policies and procedures on conflicts of interest for issuers of ARTs under MiCAR. The deadline for comments is 7 March 2024. The consultation form can be found here. A virtual public hearing will be held on 11 January 2024 from 9h30 to 13h CET (deadline for registration via this link is by 9 January 2024 at 16h CET).
