European Banking Authority (EBA) Consultation Paper (CP) on Draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) to specify the requirements, templates and procedures for handling complaints under Art. 31 of Regulation 2023/1114/EU (MiCA), 12 July 2023

On 12 July 2023, the EBA published a consultation on draft RTS on the requirements, templates, and procedures for handling complaints under MiCA (EBA/CP/2023/13). The consultation goes from 12 July 2023 until 12 October 2023. The EBA will hold a virtual public hearing on the CP on 21 September 2023 (the deadline for registration is 19 September at 16h CEST).
