Jenna Silta-Mattila, Compliance Officer, bitFlyer

Jenna joined bitFlyer in August 2024 as a Compliance Officer. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Turku. During her studies, she wrote her Master’s thesis on the registration obligations of virtual currency providers in the EU, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of crypto regulation. Since joining the crypto industry in 2018, Jenna has worked extensively in compliance, including her role at P2P trading platform where she oversaw AML compliance and contributed to the successful registration of the company as a Virtual Asset Service Provider. She has been an active participant in industry affairs and continues to advocate for effective regulatory frameworks in the crypto space.
