Samir Satchu, SVP – Public Policy & Expansion, BitOasis

Samir is the SVP for Public Policy and Expansion at BitOasis where he leads engagement with regulators, policy makers and strategic partners; the company’s authorisation initiatives across MENATP; and market entry. Prior to BitOasis he managed the public policy team for Careem and Careem Pay across 14 markets and has extensive experience of advising investors and fintech founders on market entry, licensing, and engagement in MENATP across verticals including BNPL, open banking, neo-banking, fee free trading etc.
