ESMA publication of its Overview of Level 2 and Level 3 measures related to MiCAR, 16 July 2025

On the 16^th of July 2025, the European Securities and Markets Authority published an Overview of Level 2 and Level 3 measures related to Regulation 2023/1114/EU (MiCAR). The Overview lists Delegated Acts, Guidelines, Regulatory Technical Standards, Implementing Technical Standards, Opinions, Supervisory briefings and Statements which ESMA has adopted or intends to adopt in relation to specific MiCAR provisions.
