Who is responsible for data processing
The Blockchain and Virtual Currencies Working Group is managing data processing described in this document. The Blockchain and Virtual Currencies Working Group is an informal Working Group registered under number 635727423661-17 in the European Commission ‘Joint Transparency Register.
What information do we collect?

We collect any information that you provide when you use the Website, including when you contact us with a question, comment, or request.
The information that you provide can include, but is not limited to, your name, email, and information you provide us when you contact us.

We strive to maintain appropriate technical and operational means to secure information collected by the Website against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data. We use or may use social media and instant messaging platforms in particular to promote our services and events, share information about our work.
On our Website we can place social media plugins (i.e. like or share buttons). If you use it, some of the data will be shared with social media platform and it can be shared with larger audience according to your own social media privacy settings. You have a right to review the information we are holding about you by emailing us at email@example.com. We will not charge any fee for responding to this request unless it is obviously unfounded or excessive or we have previously provided the same information.
You also have a right to rectify inaccurate personal data, erase personal data where no longer required, object to the processing of your data, data portability.
We will reply to your request without delay and in any event within one month unless the request is complex or you have made numerous requests in which case we may be able to extend our response time by a further two months.
