On the 15th of December 2025, the European Securities and Markets Authority issued the latest update to its Interim Register of crypto-asset white papers, authorised crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) and non-compliant entities under Regulation 2023/1114/EU (MiCAR). The Interim Register consists of five csv files: white papers for crypto-assets other than asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) and e-money tokens (EMTs); issuers of ARTs; issuers of EMTs; authorised CASPs; and non-compliant entities providing crypto-asset services.
The Interim Register will be updated on a weekly basis and be available on ESMA’s MiCA webpage until mid-2026, when it will be integrated into ESMA’s IT systems.
