The Committee on European Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic has published Resolution no. 392 on the European Commission’s Digital Finance Package, on the proposal for a Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and on the proposal for a Regulation on a Pilot Regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology (DLT Pilot Regime).

The Committee on European Affairs, although welcoming the Commission’s proposal, emphasised that the new regulation is already leading major global players to relocate their activities outside the EU to avoid being in scope of the new regulation.
