On 20 October 2023, the EBA published a CP on draft Guidelines on internal governance arrangements for issuers or ARTs under MiCAR. The deadline for comments is 22 January 2024. The consultation form can be found here. A virtual public hearing will take place on 11 January 2024 from 9h30 to 13h Paris time (deadline for registration via this link is by 9 January 2024 at 16h CET).
