On 8 November 2023, the EBA published a CP on draft RTS to specify the adjustment of own funds requirements and stress testing of issuers of ARTs and of EMTs subject to the requirements in Art. 35 MiCAR. The deadline for comments is 8 February 2024. The consultation form can be found here. A hybrid public hearing will be held on 30 January 2024 from 10h to 16h CET (deadline for registration via this link is by 23 January 2024 at 16h CET).
