On 8 November 2023, the EBA published a CP on RTS on procedure and timeframe to adjust its own funds requirements for issuers of significant ARTs or of EMTs under MiCAR. The deadline for comments is 8 February 2024. The consultation form can be found here. A hybrid public hearing will be held on 30 January 2024 from 10h to 16h CET (deadline for registration via this link is by 23 January 2024 at 16h CET).
