The EU Blockchain Observatory & Forum has published a report which explains that GDPR compliance is not about the technology, but about how the technology is used. It remarks that many of the GDPR’s requirements are easier and simpler to interpret and implement in private, permissioned blockchain networks than in public, permissionless networks. The report also proposes principles for entrepreneurs and innovators to consider.
