On 12 July 2023, the EBA published a consultation on information for the assessment of a proposed acquisition of qualifying holdings in issuers of ARTs under MiCA (EBA/CP/2023/14). The consultation goes from 12 July 2023 until 12 October 2023. The EBA will hold a virtual public hearing on the CP on 21 September 2023 (the registration deadline is 19 September 2023 at 16h CEST).
