Jem Tatar, Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, Zodia Custody

Jem Tatar joined Zodia Custody in London in 2023 and helps drive the Group’s regulatory strategy. Having previously supported developing Zodia Custody’s compliance and risk frameworks, Jem now supports the Group’s growth and expansion efforts by navigating the regulatory landscapes across all jurisdictions of operation. Prior to joining Zodia Custody, Jem spent four years in EY’s financial crime consulting practice specialising in regulatory advisory across EMEA.
