On the 17th of June 2026, the European Banking Authority (EBA), the EU’s Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) and the European Commission published a tender for data supply services in France and Germany under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (2023/1114/EU, MiCAR). The EBA aims to gather real or near real-time data on crypto-assets and crypto-assets markets related to different blockchain networks and trading venues to monitor crypto assets in the EU and globally. The services would also be provided for AMLA.
Economic operators are invited to express their interest via email to tenders@eba.europa.eu by the 10th of July 2026. The EBA will then invite interested operators to respond to a questionnaire.
